A soldier from the Blood Pact cult.
Unlike most Khorne-dedicated cults these guys tend to be very tactical as opposed to blood-crazed idiots. They do like to drench themselves in blood all the same though.
I put him in an ice cave because I've always liked the imagery and contrasts of blood on snow.
